The 401(k) plan allows you to make tax-deferred contributions to your personal retirement plan at a rate that’s comfortable for you. Grinnell Mutual also contributes to your plan based on company performance. Grinnell Mutual’s company-paid retirement plan provides income based on your salary, age, and years of service.

For families, vacation is the highlight of the year. At Grinnell Mutual, you earn vacation benefits each pay period. You also enjoy eight holidays each year. Additionally, a personal holiday is awarded after one year of service.
