As a claims director, I lead the Claims Call Center, Fast Track, Glass, and Physical Damage Specialist units. I am also the Project Leader for Claims as we review our workflows and prepare to go paperless.
As a leader, I strive for my teams to provide great customer service to insureds, claimants, and agents. In addition, I try to continuously evaluate work procedures so we can be as efficient as possible, which reflects in the company’s bottom line. I enjoy challenges and working as part of different teams.
When I’m not at Grinnell Mutual, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also like to bake, read, do crafts and go camping.
