As a senior investigator and agricultural engineer, I investigate all types of losses, including fire losses on tractors and combines, structure losses on ag buildings, livestock deaths, and wind-related damages, to name a few. Accurately determining the cause of loss allows the adjuster to evaluate the policy and determine if there is coverage available.
I’ve also had the opportunity to train mutual inspectors about recognizing hazards and making recommendations to prevent losses. I enjoy writing professional articles and giving presentations on related topics.
I enjoy using my agricultural engineering degree and sharing my knowledge to help policyholders and business partners.
