Meeting the needs of customers is what customer service is all about. As a customer service and billing representative, I help agents and insureds from all over the Midwest with billing and online issues. It is satisfying to assist our customers on a daily basis.
I love that Grinnell Mutual has a customer service attitude towards its employees, too. They try to meet our needs. I have four daughters who are active in sports. My supervisor allows me to come in early so I don’t miss their games. It’s important to support our children in their activities, and Grinnell Mutual knows that.
Outside of Grinnell Mutual, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’m a dedicated sports fan—Go Hawks and Vikings! I also enjoy reading, baking and playing piano.
