Losses are times of crisis. I know—we had a house fire and lost everything. A caring and efficient adjuster helped us through the process. As a commercial claims adjuster/specialist, I can do the same for businesses experiencing loss. To process claims I review policies, determine coverages, investigate the loss and make prompt payments.
Before joining Grinnell Mutual, I spent 35 years in sales, marketing and customer service for a manufacturing company. I worked to enhance and expand services to our customers all over the United States and Canada. That background has laid the foundation for providing excellent customer service to businesses that suffer loss.
It’s great to work for a company with a large number of employees who appreciate their employer. That’s what it’s like at Grinnell Mutual. It’s a wonderful company to work for.
When I am not in the office, I love to take long walks with my husband, Max and our Yorkshire terrier, Tango and head to the campgrounds on the weekends. I also enjoy nature photography. In the winter, I love to read and spend time with family and friends playing cards and board games.
