As a business analyst in content management, I help Grinnell Mutual go paperless. I develop workflows that automate business units into a paperless work environment. I also develop processes that automatically store and organize business documents. I help maintain a paperless work environment by assisting employees with OnBase, our automated workflow system.
Before joining Grinnell Mutual, I worked in imaging and record management. Grinnell Mutual allowed me to use my strengths to improve the efficiency and productivity of our records department. It’s rewarding to find ways to make things better.
The people at Grinnell Mutual are great. My supervisor gives me an opportunity to develop things on my own, but she is there with direction when I need it. Everyone has been friendly. I like the family atmosphere.
When I log off the computer for the day, I like to spend time with my family. I enjoy traveling, bike riding, and scrapbooking.
