The pandemic has changed many things, not the least of which is how we work — and how we want and expect to work. And happy employees are good employees. That’s why Grinnell Mutual offers choices to employees so they can build a work-life balance that best suits them.

In the office

If you prefer to work in an office setting, you’ll find our home office in Grinnell, Iowa, and a satellite office in Newton, Iowa, both fully equipped for working on location.

Remote

Even a modest commute can eat into family time and the other day-to-day business of life, so most positions can be done remotely from 18 states. We also hire field employees who work on the ground in specific territories.

The Grinnell Mutual headquarters is the pulse of our great corporate culture, sense of community, and fun employee events. But life can be complicated, which is why we offer employees the option to work from the home office some days AND remotely some days, flexing between the two in a way that works best for them.
