Our 2026 Road to Success Scholarship winners have been announced. You can find the complete list by clicking on the logo at left. We'll be back next year, offering eighty $1,000 scholarships to our young customers — high school seniors who have good grades and a great driving record are eligible to apply. If you or someone in your family will be a high school senior in 2027 and plans to be a full-time student at an accredited post-secondary educational institution in the fall of 2027, please check back in January 2027.
Executive order 26-13, which extended a moratorium implemented by Bulletins 25-10, 25-11, and 26-07 until May 31, 2026, was not extended further. However, because the Department is aware that recovery efforts in some parts of the state are ongoing, it requests that insurers continue to provide additional time to impacted Missourians before instituting or initiating cancellation or non-renewal of policies where the property owner is making good-faith efforts to complete repairs.
The Grinnell Mutual Group Foundation and Grinnell College have announced lead gifts totaling $475,000 in support of the Grinnell-Newburg School Foundation (GNSF) campaign benefiting the new Grinnell-Newburg Elementary School project at Ahrens Park. Grinnell Mutual donated $225,000.
Grinnell Mutual, along with United Mutual Insurance company, Grinnell, and Ratcliff & Blake Insurance Professionals, with offices in Oskaloosa, Pella, Melbourne, and Sully, Iowa, teamed up to give some Lynnville-Sully students a chance to practice their catering skills and earn some money for the school.
