Receiving your billing refunds
hen you have a billing refund due to you, you will receive an email from “ClaimsPay do_not_reply@oneinc.com”. The Grinnell Mutual logo will appear in the upper-left corner. (See the example, below.)
Please be assured that this is a legitimate email, even if it does not concern a policy claim. It offers you the option of receiving your payment electronically, which is faster and more secure.
You will receive the email for four consecutive days or until you have responded, whichever is shorter. On Day 5, if you have not responded to any of the emails, a check will be mailed to you.
